Delivery Information
All card orders are printed and dispatched from our Hong Kong office the next working day* after your order is placed (unless you select a later date). You will receive an email confirming your order has been fulfilled and dispatched.
If your order includes a gift, dispatch will be within 2 working days unless otherwise stated on the product page or requested otherwise.

Large cards and orders with gifts are sent via Express as standard. Standard cards can be upgraded.We aim to deliver cards and gifts together, but they may occasionally arrive separately.

Shipping Costs
To a Hong Kong address
- ✓ FREE shipping for all card orders (standard and large size)
- ✓ Standard cards: sent via Hong Kong Standard Post
- ✓ Large cards: sent via Express (tracked)
- ✓ HK$20 flat fee to upgrade a standard card to Express (tracked)
To an International address
- ✓ HK$15 flat fee for all cards
Gifts
- ✓ Gift delivery fees are shown at checkout (typically HK$33–55; large/heavy items may cost more)
- ✗ Gift items are not currently available for international shipping
- ⚠ You must be 18 or over to purchase or receive alcoholic gifts. Proof of age/ID may be required upon delivery.
